The Veterans Independence Program assists eligible recipients to remain in their homes and communities by contributing financial assistance towards services which support and promote independence and health.
The Veterans Independence Program provides annual tax-free funding for services such as grounds maintenance, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, and professional health and support services.
As an approved Veteran Care Provider, we would be happy to work with you to determine your eligibility. Simply fill out this form and we will work together to determine if you qualify.
