A: Yes, many clients move from traditional AHS‑scheduled home care to CDHCI when they want more control over who provides care and when visits happen, subject to AHS approval and CDHCI availability.
A: You can request to change to another approved CDHCI agency if you are not satisfied, although AHS may need to be involved to update your file and provider information.
A: If your health or support needs change, contact your AHS Case Manager to request a reassessment of your hours and services. Your care plan and funded hours can be adjusted as your situation evolves.
